1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, enrolling in any program, or submitting an admission form at Force One Defence &
Horse Riding Academy ("Force One", "Academy", "we", "us"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree
to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Enrollment & Admission
- Admission is subject to availability and the Academy's selection criteria.
- Submission of an online form does not guarantee enrollment. You will receive confirmation from our
admissions team within 24 hours.
- All information provided in the admission form must be accurate and truthful. Submission of false
information may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.
- Students under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian co-sign the enrollment agreement.
3. Fees & Payments
- All fees are due at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon in writing.
- Fees are non-transferable to another student unless approved by the Academy management.
- Force One reserves the right to revise fee structures with 30 days' written notice.
- Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of enrollment.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds for programme withdrawal within 7 days of enrollment: 70% of programme fee refunded.
- Withdrawals between 8–14 days: 50% refund.
- Withdrawals after 14 days: No refund will be issued.
- Registration/admission fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- In case of program cancellation by the Academy, a full refund will be processed within 10 business days.
5. Code of Conduct
All students, visitors, and staff are expected to uphold the highest standards of discipline and respect. The
following are strictly prohibited on Academy premises:
- Use of abusive or offensive language, bullying, or harassment
- Possession or use of alcohol, tobacco, or any illegal substances
- Damage to Academy property or equipment
- Unauthorized access to restricted areas (stables, equipment rooms, etc.)
- Any behavior that jeopardizes the safety of fellow students or staff
Violations may result in immediate expulsion and forfeiture of all fees paid.
6. Physical Activities & Risk Waiver
Participation in all Academy programs — including but not limited to defence physical training, horse riding,
gym, trekking, and rock climbing — involves inherent physical risks including injury, and in extreme cases,
death. By enrolling, you acknowledge:
- You voluntarily accept all risks associated with physical training activities
- You are physically and medically fit to participate in the selected program
- You shall inform the Academy of any changes in your medical or physical condition
- The Academy shall not be held liable for injuries arising from failure to follow instructor instructions
7. Medical Declaration
Students must provide accurate medical history at the time of enrollment. Concealment of existing medical
conditions that may affect your safety or the safety of others may result in termination of enrollment without
refund and may expose you to legal liability.
8. Photography & Media
Force One Academy may photograph or video-record training sessions, events and activities for promotional
purposes on social media and our website. By enrolling, you grant the Academy permission to use such media
unless you provide written notice of refusal at the time of joining.
9. Hostel & Accommodation Rules
- Hostel curfew: 9:30 PM on weekdays, 10:00 PM on weekends
- Visitors are not permitted in dormitory areas without prior approval
- Students are responsible for damages to their assigned room
- The Academy reserves the right to terminate hostel accommodation for repeated violations
10. Disclaimer of Liability
Force One Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of
your participation in any program. Our maximum liability, in any case, shall be limited to the fees paid for the
specific program in question.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes
arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
12. Amendments
Force One Academy reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be
posted on this page. Continued enrollment or participation after the update constitutes acceptance of the
revised terms.
